For a facade or fireplace surround, include the full area and close photos of the surface. For pavers or a walkway, show edges, adjoining surfaces, steps, and access. Tell Leandro what should stay and whether you want repairs or new work; material and preparation are confirmed during the review.

What should I send for an estimate?
Send the property town, one wide photo, close photos of the area, approximate dimensions if available, your preferred timing, and access details. Explain whether this is repair or new work.
Can photos replace a site review?
Photos start the conversation. Material condition, measurements, access, and the agreed work may need an on-site review before a final estimate. A photo is not a structural diagnosis.
What is confirmed before work starts?
Discuss the area to be worked on, materials, preparation, access, cleanup, timing, and whether old material needs removal. Leandro confirms the scope of the estimate before scheduling.
